On 15th April, Valencia will be hosting the "FP7 Green Cars and Leadership Opportunities" workshop. It will bring together the principal actors in relation to the European Green Cars Initiative (GCI), who will present the current situation and reinforce the Spanish leadership strategy, as Spain would like to play a significant role in this area over the coming years.

We would highlight that alongside this event, on 13th and 14th April, Valencia will be hosting the IVth FP7 Conference for RDI, "The European RTD Framework Programmes: from Economic Recovery to Sustainability" (www.r2sconference.eu). One of the strategic goals of this conference will be the European Green Cars Initiative (GCI).
